Kids News Digital provides children’s ministry resources, including digital downloads, subscription-based content, and physical products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent) to make purchases on our website. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • All digital products (coloring pages, lessons, activity sheets, newsletters, etc.) are delivered electronically.

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically each month (or annually, if chosen).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

4. Physical Products

  • All physical items (posters, prints, merchandise, etc.) are made-to-order.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@kidsnewsdigital.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement.

5. Free Resources

Free downloads are provided for personal and ministry use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or republished without written permission.

6. Payment

  • We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other supported processors.

  • By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and resources provided by Kids News Digital are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal or ministry purposes but may not resell, sublicense, or claim them as your own work.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kids News Digital is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or services. All resources are provided “as is.”
