Kids News Digital – Shipping Policy

At Kids News Digital, we provide both digital and physical resources to support your ministry and family. Here’s how we handle shipping for physical products:


1. Order Processing

  • All physical products (such as posters, prints, and merchandise) are made-to-order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

  • Digital products and subscriptions are delivered instantly via email or account access and do not require shipping.


2. Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, size, and delivery location.

  • Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions on select products.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kidsnewsdigital.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Returns
