At Kids News Digital, we provide both digital and physical resources to support your ministry and family. Here’s how we handle shipping for physical products:
1. Order Processing

All physical products (such as posters, prints, and merchandise) are made-to-order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

Digital products and subscriptions are delivered instantly via email or account access and do not require shipping.
2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, size, and delivery location.

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions on select products.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kidsnewsdigital.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Returns
