Kids News – Return & Refund Policy

At Kids News Digital, we’re committed to creating high-quality resources that support ministries, families, and kids in their faith journey. Because our products are delivered either digitally or as custom-printed items, all sales are final.


Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • Digital downloads (coloring pages, lessons, activity packs, etc.) and subscription content cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled anytime, with access continuing until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Exceptions may be made for duplicate purchases or technical errors—please contact us within 7 days at info@kidsnewsdigital.com if you need help.


Physical Products

  • All physical products (such as posters, prints, or merchandise) are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email info@kidsnewsdigital.com with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly send a replacement.


Free Resources

  • Free downloads are available for everyone and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
